Shield AI is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Seattle. This full-time role focuses on indirect procurement across facilities, IT hardware/software, tooling, and equipment, partnering with cross-functional groups to meet cost, schedule, and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Deltek Costpoint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, focused on indirect categories such as facilities, IT, software.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders for indirect spend categories.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and IT to source goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Maintain records in Deltek Costpoint including supplier data and delivery schedules.
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding for indirect vendors.
• Collaborate to forecast indirect procurement needs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Reconcile invoices with finance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support standard work and best practices for indirect procurement processes.
