Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or category management experience.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred: MBA or related advanced degree; CPM/CPSM certifications; international sourcing experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for indirect spend categories.
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance scorecards, and QBRs.
- Serve as escalation point for supplier performance, delivery, quality, and contract issues.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate and manage supplier agreements.
- Utilize spend analytics and market intelligence to support procurement decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, quality, and working capital.
