Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend.
- Lead RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.
- Escalate supplier performance, delivery, quality, and contract issues.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate supplier agreements.
- Utilize spend analytics and market intelligence to support procurement decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service, quality, and working capital.
