Job summary

Continental Battery Systems is seeking a skilled Indirect Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement of indirect goods and services. You will source, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing and high quality.

In this role you will drive savings, optimize processes, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement with business goals, supporting the company’s growth and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing with a focus on indirect categories.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance KPIs.
• Identify savings, consolidate suppliers, and negotiate pricing.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate risk.
• Streamline procurement workflows and adopt technology to boost efficiency.
