Job summary

Lithion Battery Inc. is seeking a Lead Purchaser to oversee procurement of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and services. You will review requisitions, prepare POs, and solicit bids to support operations and profitability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Strong English communication and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as an international purchasing agent.
• Experience purchasing PCBAs and electrical components preferred.
• Strong ERP and MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance and changes as needed.
• Leverage vendors to create cost savings across multiple procurements.
• Maintain purchasing data in ERP systems.
• Analyze price proposals to determine reasonable prices.
• Balance cost and quality to procure best value.
