Job summary

LogicSource in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a full-time Manager, Indirect Procurement to join the client services team. You will lead indirect category sourcing for HR, legal, IT, marketing, and facilities, coordinating with stakeholders up to the C-suite to deliver multi-client RFPs.

You will analyze spend, optimize processes, negotiate favorable terms, and foster vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and delivering measurable cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years cross-functional or progressive experience in marketing and strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Strong expertise across indirect categories from a sourcing and procurement perspective.
• Experience with e-sourcing software in a marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing strategies for indirect categories (HR, legal, finance, software, marketing, IT, facilities).
• Provide insight and subject matter expertise across the client relationship lifecycle.
• Analyze client spend and procurement processes to optimize efficiency and cost.
• Lead large-scale RFPs and manage multiple projects to on-time delivery.
• Negotiate prices and terms to achieve cost containment and value.
• Advise client teams on vendor performance and total spend under management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
