Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager in Tucker, GA. You will lead sourcing strategies across indirect categories, leveraging AI-driven analytics and market intelligence to deliver superior value and growth.

Build category playbooks and manage supplier partnerships, including quarterly business reviews. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and other functions to ensure governance, while driving digital enablement and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience with indirect categories.
• Experience with advanced procurement technologies (AI sourcing, e-auctions, digital negotiation tools, spend analytics)

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across assigned indirect categories using AI-enabled cost modeling and market intelligence.
• Build multi-year category playbooks aligned with corporate strategy to drive innovation and growth.
• Design and execute sourcing events using digital tools, e-auctions, and autonomous negotiation bots.
