QXO, Inc. is seeking a strategic procurement leader to drive end-to-end sourcing across indirect categories, negotiate national-level agreements, and lead contract lifecycle management. You will collaborate with Legal, IT Security, and risk teams to ensure compliance and optimize TCO across the U.S.

and Canada. The role demands 5–7+ years in procurement, strong negotiation, analytics skills, and a track record of delivering cost savings and supplier value.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience leading indirect-category sourcing and negotiations.
• Familiarity with CLM and contract terms (indemnification, liability, SLAs, data privacy).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing across indirect categories (IT, Logistics, Facilities, Marketing, Professional Services).
• Develop and negotiate national-level agreements supporting branches across the U.S. and Canada.
• Create and execute category strategies and total cost of ownership models.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, and risk teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Lead contract lifecycle management and maintain CLM documentation.
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
• Lead supplier reviews and performance against KPIs.
