Job summary

QXO, headquartered in Tucker, GA, seeks an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across indirect categories, leveraging AI-powered cost modeling and analytics to unlock value and growth.

You will partner with business stakeholders, run QBRs with key suppliers, and drive governance while championing next-gen procurement systems to deliver EBITDA impact beyond cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 7–8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in indirect categories.
• Strong experience with AI-enabled sourcing, e-auctions, digital negotiation tools, and spend analytics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills to simplify insights for executives.
• Track record of delivering EBITDA impact and strategic value beyond cost savings.
• Curious, innovative, and collaborative mindset focused on the future of procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies across assigned indirect categories using AI-enabled cost modeling and market intelligence.
• Build multi-year category playbooks aligned with strategy to drive innovation and growth.
• Design and execute sourcing events using digital tools to maximize value and speed.
• Elevate supplier relationships to strategic partnerships and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Manage supplier risk with ESG, compliance, and financial health considerations.
• Partner with Finance, IT, HR and other functions to co-create enterprise value.

Education
