QXO is seeking a Director of IT Procurement to transform how the company sources, manages, and partners with suppliers across IT spend categories. You will lead end-to-end sourcing for hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and technology consulting, leveraging AI and analytics to drive value.

You will build multi-year category playbooks, elevate supplier relationships to strategic partnerships, and oversee governance through QBRs while collaborating with Finance, IT, and HR to align with

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of procurement or supply chain experience with IT categories.
• Experience with AI-enabled procurement technologies and digital negotiation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and storytelling to influence executives.
• Proven ability to deliver EBITDA impact beyond cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT sourcing including hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services.
• Develop multi-year category playbooks aligned with corporate strategy.
• Design sourcing events using digital tools, e-auctions, and AI negotiation bots.
• Elevate supplier relationships to strategic partnerships and run QBRs.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR and other functions to co-create value.
