Job summary

TDW is seeking a Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead the enterprise‑wide strategy for indirect spend across MRO, CapEx, logistics, IT and services. You will drive category leadership, governance and supplier performance, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Facilities and Finance to align procurement with long‑term goals.

You will mentor teams, oversee RFx processes, negotiate key supplier agreements and champion cost savings, risk management and policy compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or procurement leadership roles.
• Experience managing enterprise‑level indirect spend categories (MRO, CapEx, logistics, IT, software, services).
• Proven track record delivering cost savings, cost avoidance and supplier performance improvements.
• Experience supporting capital projects and major maintenance initiatives.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise‑wide indirect procurement strategy across MRO, CapEx, logistics, IT, facilities and professional services.
• Lead RFx activities and negotiate strategic supplier agreements.
• Establish SRM framework and executive relationships with key suppliers.
• Guide procurement governance, risk management and policy compliance.
• Lead procurement operations, from sourcing to supplier onboarding and invoicing resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, data analytics and digital enablement in procurement.
