Bramwith Consulting in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Indirect Category Manager to lead a global procurement transformation and own a broad portfolio of indirect spend. You will drive strategic sourcing initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible commercial value.

The role focuses on developing category strategies, negotiating with strategic suppliers and delivering measurable savings in a fast-growing international context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple indirect categories and deliver savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across a broad portfolio of Indirect spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, tendering and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements with strategic suppliers.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and wider commercial value.
• Manage supplier performance and develop relationships with key strategic partners.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR and other corporate functions.
• Analyse spend, supplier markets and commercial data to identify sourcing and consolidation opportunities.
• Support the development of procurement processes, governance and best practice.
• Manage commercial risk and ensure appropriate contractual protection across key supplier agreements.
• Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve procurement effectiveness.
