Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking an Indirect Category Advisor to own end-to-end procurement for key categories, including supplier management and contract execution.

The role requires leading global sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and delivering savings while collaborating with Technology, Legal, Finance and Risk teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with MBA/CPM/CPSM preferred, and 7–9 years of procurement experience. Competitive base salary plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPM/CPSM preferred.
• 7–9 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management or related procurement role.
• Experience leading multi-year and global contracts worth over $1,000,000.
• Experience building relationships with senior and executive leadership.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial terms with contract drafting capability.
• Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience cross‑functionally with Technology, Legal, Finance and Risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex sourcing strategies to meet long-term objectives.
• Negotiate medium to high-risk contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Deliver year-over-year hard savings while aligning with business goals.
• Prepare updates for internal stakeholders and procurement management.
