Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Category Manager, Indirect, to drive enterprise-wide sourcing strategies across indirect spend areas such as Commercial, IT, Legal, HR, and Professional Services. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance and IT to optimize spend and supplier performance.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, supplier risk management, and continuous improvement, with extensive hands-on involvement in CLM tools and spend analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement/Category Management.
• Experience in indirect spend categories (Commercial, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, Professional Services).
• Strong negotiation and MSAs/SOWs experience.
• Knowledge of CLM, spend analytics, and supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute category strategies across indirect spend to deliver measurable value.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events: RFx, negotiations, contracts.
• Set annual savings/value targets with business stakeholders and realize cost improvements.
• Analyze market conditions, supplier capabilities, and pricing trends to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT, and stakeholders to manage supplier risk and contracts.
