Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred is advantageous.
• 3+ years of procurement experience with indirect services and contracted categories (IT, HR, facilities, capex).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing for indirect services and contracted categories (IT, engineering, EHS, HR, facilities, capex) across NA region.
• Draft, review, and manage service agreements, SOWs, MSAs, and equipment purchase terms with Legal and requesting functions.
• Implement and roll out standard procurement processes and train stakeholders on usage.
• Act as day-to-day procurement partner for assigned functions, embedding sourcing into project timelines.
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing performance reviews for services and contractors.
• Analyze spend data to identify consolidation and standardization opportunities and track realized savings.
• Support sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives across the indirect supply base.
