Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project or program management with some experience in a school or business setting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to develop, monitor and evaluate program goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements project monitoring tools aligned with District goals.
• Manages special assignments from the Chief Academic Officer and leadership team.
• Leads root-cause analysis and drives improvements in project implementation.
• Builds tools, dashboards, and monitoring structures to track goals and project progress across academic departments.
• Maintains records of timelines, deliverables, and outcomes for major Academics initiatives.
