Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Public Administration is required.
• Minimum of 6 years in project or program management, preferably in education or a related setting.
• Ability to tailor trainings for diverse audiences and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to the Chief Academic Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Academics for program and project management.
• Develops and implements project monitoring tools aligned with district goals.
• Leads special projects from initiation through completion.
• Supports SOP development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Creates dashboards and monitoring structures to track goals and progress across academic departments.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and removes barriers to teamwork.
