Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an implementation specialist to own end-to-end enterprise deployments for legal and marketing teams. You will map stakeholders, build detailed plans, and coordinate cross-functional integration including SSO and APIs.

Based in NYC or the Bay Area, you will travel ~10–20% and join a three-days-a-week on-site schedule while collaborating with customer success and product leadership across IT, legal, marketing, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management consulting, enterprise SaaS implementation, or customer-facing project management.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects with 4–6 month timelines.
• Strong organizational skills: stakeholder mapping, project plans, RACI matrices, status reporting.
• Technical fluency: comfortable discussing SSO, APIs, data flows, and security.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from signed contract to platform go-live for legal and marketing teams.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify executive sponsors, power users, blockers, and champions.
• Build and manage implementation project plans with milestones, owners, and weekly status cadence.
• Scope and sequence deployment across departments, geographies, and use cases.
• Coordinate technical integration including SSO, data flow configuration, API setup, and security review with customer IT teams.
• Navigate organizational dynamics and manage competing stakeholder priorities.
• Create configuration documentation, initial training materials, and rollout runbooks.
• Facilitate warm handoff to the Customer Success Manager with a full context transfer package.
• Maintain the implementation playbook with repeatable patterns, common blockers, and solutions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive.
• Work directly with customer success and product leadership and enterprise customers' legal, marketing, and IT teams.
