Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead full onboarding cycles for mid-market and enterprise customers—from contract signing to launch—within Sydney, Australia. Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology/IT consulting with enterprise customers.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of multiple workstreams, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating launches.
• Design and manage integration architecture, change management and adoption strategies.
• Serve as primary customer contact, align business and technical stakeholders, and manage priorities.
• Deliver technical workshops to educate users and share best practices.
• Assess readiness and advise on business design and training, balancing requests and value.
• Read API documentation, discuss API behavior, identify configuration issues and explain concepts.
• Troubleshoot issues independently, adapt plans, and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services and Product to improve the Stripe user journey.
• Maintain implementation plans, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and go-live monitoring.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
