Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with strategic customers on technology solutions
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven project management skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients
• Develop and manage a customer’s integration architecture and timelines
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services to improve the user journey
• Engage with Product and Engineering to drive product strategy for large users
• Lead strategic projects to scale the implementation process
