Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Financial Management Resource Office. The role involves assisting government budget analysis, resource allocations, and program coordination.

You will prepare briefing materials and respond to information requests for ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congressional committees. The position requires a DoD/IC budgeting background with TS/SCI with CI poly clearance and a strong command of IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Target 12 years of relevant budget/finance/resource management experience within IC or DOD.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Financial Management Resource Office (FMR).
• Assists government with financial management operations and budget analysis.
• Monitors program resource allocations and supports meetings with government reps.
• Develops and promulgates FM responsibilities per NGA guidance packages.
• Provides SME on IPBS/CBJB, IPBR/CJB, and President's Budget exhibits.
• Prepares agency budget Congressional roll-out briefings and responses to inquiries.
• Creates PowerPoint/white paper briefings and presentations for KC Financial Management matters.
• Supports budget execution, reviews, and DOD/IC program budgets.
• Uses spreadsheet, database, and Microsoft PowerPoint software for analyses.
