Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planner to join our team in Naperville, IL. You will generate accurate demand plans, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, and serve as a liaison to ensure plans align with customer needs and business goals.

You will enrich baseline forecasts, participate in IBP cycles, and drive data-driven decision-making across the planning horizon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP, CTSC) or IBF (CPF/ACPF) certifications a plus.
• Experience in the retail industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG) a plus.
• Ability to use data to solve problems, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced Excel and data visualization proficiency (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with forecasting tools and ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA, o9, Kinaxis) a plus
• Familiarity with Oliver Wight S&OP/IBP principals and best practices a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to key sales channels and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand plans across 24+ month horizon.
• Participate in new product launch planning and lifecycle management.
• Monitor daily and weekly demand variances and identify risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customers to align demand with business goals.
• Support IBP with demand review preparation and cross-functional reconciliation.
• Generate dashboards and analyses to monitor KPIs (MAE, MAPE, Bias).
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data quality.
