Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks an IBP Change Enablement & Reporting Leader to drive adoption, governance, training, communications and reporting for planning transformation initiatives. You will coordinate executives, planning teams, operations and digital platforms to ensure visibility and sustained adoption of IBP and related SaaS tools.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience driving change management across complex transformation programs.
6+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional business processes and technology transformations.
Experience with enterprise planning platforms (Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Oracle) and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and governance of IBP processes across business units.
Develop training frameworks and learning materials for planning transformations.
Coordinate executive reporting, dashboards and KPI adoption.
Manage stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
Ensure governance, risk tracking and action item follow-up.
