Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Deployment Lead Analyst to drive global IBP, BDC and SAC deployments, aligning standardized planning processes with data architecture and analytics. • Minimum of 6+ years professional related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global deployment of IBP, BDC and SAC solutions across regions/business units.
• Drive standardization of IBP/S&OP processes covering demand, supply, inventory, capacity and financial planning.
• Partner with business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Data teams to define requirements and deployment strategy.
• Lead SAP IBP solution design, integration and deployment readiness.
• Establish BDC data foundations, including data integration, harmonization, governance and availability for planning and analytics.
• Lead the test script preparations, run the testing for BST and coordinate UAT.
• Ensure integration between SAP S/4HANA, IBP, BDC, SAC and other enterprise systems.
• Manage data quality, master data and planning data requirements.
• Define and track deployment KPIs, business benefits and adoption metrics.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement and training.
• Manage deployment roadmap, project risks, dependencies, issues and senior stakeholder governance.
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics and continuous improvement after deployment.
