Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Expert to join our team in the United States and lead end-to-end supply chain planning transformations for clients. You will design, implement, and optimize SAP IBP solutions to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation and configuration.
• Expertise in at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios.
• Understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles).
• Experience in conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs.
• Proficiency with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) — B2 or higher.
• Nice to have SAP Integrated Business Planning for Response & Supply (IBP R&S).
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite for system-to-system integration.
• SAP IBP certification.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Background in industries such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations—from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, and Control Tower.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware.
• Support master data design and migration related to planning.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants on the project team.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on enhancements and extensions.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including solution presentations and effort estimations.

You will be part of a cross-functional team delivering complex SAP projects across a variety of industries, contributing to both delivery and pre-sales activities.
