Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking an IAM Risk and Governance Lead to steer the IAM Controls & Audit program. The role focuses on establishing standards, coordinating audits, and shaping a multi-year automation roadmap for identity and access controls across cloud and on‑premise environments.

You will lead the Controls Council, drive evidence quality, and partner with IAM engineering, GRC, and auditors to reduce risk and improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong IAM and security controls experience in a regulated enterprise.
• Experience leading IAM governance programs and audit cycles (SOX/SOC).
• Ability to translate technical workflows into clear control narratives.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms and control automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM Controls & Audit team and define operating standards and roadmaps.
• Coordinate IAM audits and assessments across SOX, SOC, internal/external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Develop and govern IAM control framework including lifecycle management and cloud identities.
• Oversee testing, evidence quality, issue tracking, root cause analysis, and remediation actions.
• Lead IAM GRC strategy, platform management, and vendor governance.
• Automate audit and control processes through platform integrations.
