The role focuses on defining, scaling, and sustaining the enterprise WIAM governance function, aligning policy, risk, controls, and operations to strengthen audit readiness. You will lead governance across IAM domains, drive proactive risk management, and partner with senior leaders to translate complex risk concepts into actionable insights, mentoring the team to elevate governance

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in IAM governance, risk management, and controls.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the WIAM governance framework and operating model.

• Lead enterprise efforts to identify systemic risks and remediation.
• Define and monitor governance KPIs and maturity metrics.
• Provide strategic direction for audit readiness and regulatory alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and promote governance best practices.
