Job summary

Worldpay is seeking an IAM Risk and Governance Lead to guide a global IAM program in a hybrid work model, with 3 days in office. This role reports on controls health, audit outcomes, and automation adoption to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

The position emphasizes leadership across SOX/SOC, regulatory reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with IAM engineering, finance, and auditors in a large regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of IAM governance programs across audits and regulatory reviews.
• Experience coordinating SOX/SOC audits, testing, evidence, and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of identity, access management, and cloud identity governance.
• Hands-on with GRC workflows in AuditBoard, Archer, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Ability to translate technical workflows into clear risk narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IAM Controls & Audit team, set standards and a multi-year roadmap.
• Coordinate IAM audit and assessment across SOX, SOC, and regulatory reviews.
• Develop and govern IAM control framework for lifecycle, access, and cloud identities.
• Drive remediation, evidence quality, root cause analysis, and risk escalation.
• Lead IAM GRC strategy, platform management, and vendor governance.
