Global Payments Inc. is seeking an IAM Risk and Governance Lead to guide a global IAM program. This hybrid role requires steering a team, coordinating audits, and shaping governance across SOX/SOC and regulatory reviews.

You will drive a multi-year controls roadmap, oversee evidence quality, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reduce risk and improve control health in a regulated payments environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, cybersecurity risk, technology controls, or audit readiness.
• 3+ years leading teams or cross-functional IAM governance programs in a regulated enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM Controls & Audit team and establish operating standards and roadmaps.
• Own IAM audit and assessment coordination across SOX, SOC, internal/external audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Develop and govern IAM control framework: identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication, privileged access, certifications, duties segregation, cloud/service identities.
