Job summary

The University of Southern California is seeking an IAM Directory and IGA Senior Analyst to design, configure, test and implement identity governance and directory services across USC. You will translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions and support enterprise application integrations in a hybrid work environment at USC's CAL location.

Reporting to the IGA & Directory Services Manager, you will analyze requirements, develop secure configurations, perform testing, and document

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
4 years in Identity and Access Management or related technology.
Hands-on IAM implementation and troubleshooting experience (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt, Oracle Unified Directory).
Unix command line proficiency.
SQL and LDAP experience.
Strong communication with stakeholders and project reporting.
Documentation including runbooks and architecture diagrams.
CISSP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements for identity governance processes.
Configure and enhance identity lifecycle workflows, access controls, and provisioning.
Perform impact analysis and validate technical solutions before implementation.
Design and implement directory service solutions for authentication and authorization.
Evaluate requirements and develop configurations to improve security and efficiency.
Investigate complex IAM issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Develop integrations between identity governance platforms, directory services and applications.
Document decisions, testing results, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with owners and teams to translate needs into technical specs.
