Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in software delivery
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong knowledge of access lifecycle management and identity governance
• Experience with IAM platforms and security technologies

• Drive adoption of IAM platforms and strengthen access controls
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Participate in requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Create process documentation and business requirements documents
