Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial organizational psychology or closely related field with substantial training in research methods and statistics.
• Approximately four to seven years of applied experience in I/O psychology, behavioral science, or related field.
• Experience designing or evaluating surveys, assessments, and other human-centered research methods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable DHS fitness determinations and access.
• Strong writing and communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Apply I/O psychology and behavioral science to design, refine, and evaluate customer experience, employee behavior, and performance measures.
• Develop scientifically sound surveys, observation tools, and interview/focus group protocols.
• Define constructs and translate concepts into observable indicators and behaviors.
• Review validity, reliability, bias, and respondent burden of measurement approaches.
• Develop research plans, data dictionaries, scoring guidance, and documentation to support analysis.
• Support Passenger Experience Survey lifecycle from instrument design to analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with project manager and technical leads to manage methodological risk and milestones.
• Interpret national and airport-level results and translate findings into practical recommendations.
