Job summary

Nel Hydrogen in Wallingford, Connecticut is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Lead to shape the supply chain strategy in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing supplier strategies for PEM electrolyser manufacturing and driving cost and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in complex electro-mechanical systems, excellent supplier management skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders to achieve supply chain goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of supply chain experience in complex electro-mechanical systems manufacturing.
• Direct experience with PEM electrolysers or electrochemical systems preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy for PEM electrolyser manufacturing.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier strategies aligned with business growth.
• Lead critical supplier qualification and manage supplier performance.
