Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the HVAC service industry.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic planning, and P&L management.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in a service-oriented industry.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability of the service P&L
• Lead the service division's strategic approach including service growth strategy, sales strategy and annual planning.
• Lead the Service team managers.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to support retention, growth, and long-term business development.
• Build and develop the Service leadership team, including succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to meet business goals.
• Maintain an effective pricing structure.
• Identify opportunities for growth and targeted customer strategies.
• Identify and support process improvements and organizational structure.
• Perform other duties as assigned
