Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions seeks a Humanitarian Program Analyst to support design, development, and management of humanitarian programs focused on sub-Saharan Africa. On-site daily work at the Department of State in Washington, DC is required, with travel as needed.

The role involves grant and contract lifecycle tasks, budget tracking, monitoring and evaluation, and collaboration with internal and external partners to advance AF strategy and U.S. foreign aid goals.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• SECRET Security Clearance prior to onboarding.
• Master's Degree or equivalent with 3 years of humanitarian experience; or Bachelor's +5 years; or High School +9 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in grant and contract lifecycle management across pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout phases.
• Review funding applications for AF strategy alignment, technical requirements, and budget feasibility.
• Collaborate with overseas hubs to support program and budget tracking and data analysis.
• Assist COR/GOR with CPARS submissions and grant reporting.
• Draft program documentation and prepare progress reports, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Produce internal and external communications highlighting grant portfolio successes.
