Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc is seeking an HRIS Reporting Analyst with 3+ years of Workday HRIS experience. You will develop Workday reports, maintain HR dashboards in Power BI, and analyze HR data to support decision making.

A Bachelor's degree is required. Strong knowledge of Workday security and Tableau is needed. You will partner with HR and compensation to align roles, improve hiring and retention, and ensure compliance in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of reporting, data analysis and modeling with Workday or other HCM platform or BI applications.
• 3+ years of Workday HRIS Administrator experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze HR metrics from multiple sources including Workday and surveys.
• Create Workday reports to respond to ad-hoc requests; suggest improvements to hiring, retention, and compliance.
• Maintain HR Dashboard in Power BI and track key HR metrics for leadership.
• Analyze data trends for recruitment, turnover, and compliance.
• Assist HR in leveraging analytics to inform program design and measure success.
• Collaborate with compensation to evaluate roles and align job architecture and pay.
• Review survey results and guide initiatives to improve key areas.
• May conduct classification audits to ensure proper exempt/nonexempt status.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and best practices.
