Job summary

Strattec is seeking a strategic, technology-focused HRIS Manager in Milwaukee to lead the administration and optimization of HR information systems. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure compliant, scalable operations and strong data integrity. Dayforce experience is highly preferred.

The role emphasizes system implementations, process improvement, and cross-functional project execution to enhance payroll accuracy and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong payroll knowledge and experience supporting payroll systems.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, or conversions.
• Proven project management experience across cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Administration & Optimization: manage the HRIS platform, ensure data integrity, governance, and security.
• Payroll & Workforce Systems: partner with Payroll, support configurations, audits, and integrations.
• System Implementations & Enhancements: lead HR tech projects, gather requirements, and coordinate testing.
• Process Improvement: analyze processes and drive automation and standardization.
• Project Management: lead multiple HRIS projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Reporting & Analytics: design and maintain HR and payroll reports and dashboards.
