Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Norman Manufacturing & Distribution Center.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to align people strategies with operations and business objectives.
• Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and attendance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and workplace safety practices.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities for operational and hourly workforce needs.
