Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7+ years HR experience, preferably supporting large populations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employment practices.
• Proficiency with HR systems, especially Workday.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding across the business.
• Coach leaders on performance, coaching, and employee relations.
• Lead organizational change and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage talent reviews and succession planning.
