• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and targeted development across functions.
• Provide leadership coaching to strengthen high-performing teams.
• Champion engagement, belonging, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements in talent outcomes and experience.
