YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As the Human Resources Director (Corporate Functions), you will be responsible for supporting our people strategies for key business areas. Your role will involve partnering with leadership teams across multiple areas to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

About You

You are a dynamic, authentic, and agile leader, known for your action‑oriented approach and results‑driven mindset. With a strong background in Human Resources, you have a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders across diverse corporate functions. You are skilled in navigating and managing a matrixed environment, where competing priorities require you to balance time and resources effectively. You will be based in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, training, and retention.
  • Support design and ensure implementation of organizational changes aligned with role model organizations and talent strategy.
  • Monitor employee engagement level and support implementation of action plans to drive engagement.
  • Conduct and lead talent review processes to ensure succession pipeline for critical roles.
  • Support line managers in creation and implementation of development plans for identified populations (e.g., top/rising talent).
  • Recruit and integrate high‑quality candidates according to business needs, lead‑time and recruitment cost targets.
  • Drive and advocate for Global Reflections strategies and plans in all of our primary activities.
  • Drive building capabilities programs for the team(s) in line with people strategy and plans.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
  • Drive/influence the leadership team and its primos to make positive behaviours changes throughout the organization for optimal impact as it relates to the overall BEST10 goals and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in terms of conduct, mobility, compensation & benefits, internal & external recruitment, onboarding, development, training, etc.
  • Maintain HR systems (primarily Workday), ensure data is kept up to date and correct, and provide relevant analysis and reports as required.
Skills
  • 10+ years HR experience, preferably with experience supporting large matrix teams and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with talent management, succession planning, employee relations, and immigration.
  • People management experience.
  • Proven experience motivating and supporting HR programs across the business.
  • Experience partnering, managing, and influencing multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. Labor Laws and knowledge of other country labor laws (e.g., UK, Bermuda).
  • Strong drive for results with a positive, transparent and ethical leadership style.
  • Handles ambiguity with comfort, is resourceful, solution‑oriented and has a growth mindset.
  • A self‑starter who works well with autonomy and can prioritize with sound judgement.
