Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. seeks an HR Business Partner for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will build strategic partnerships with operational and clinical leaders and drive leadership development across facilities.

Daily responsibilities include designing HR strategies, guiding employee relations, and leveraging HR data to inform decisions. Willingness to travel up to 75% is required; healthcare-leaning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably multi-site or operational support role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience using HRIS tools to support strategic decisions.
• Healthcare industry experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with leaders to support goals.
• Design and implement HR strategies promoting growth and culture.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
• Use HR data to inform decisions and measure initiatives.
• Coach facility leaders and HR staff to strengthen leadership.
• Facilitate training aligned with leadership development goals.
• Investigate employee concerns and HR-related complaints fairly.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Promote engagement and culture-building to improve retention.
