Ensign Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve Santa Rosa and surrounding areas. This full‑time, exempt role travels up to 75% to support 3–4 facilities weekly across Sonoma County.

You will advise executive leaders on employee relations, org development, and workforce planning, while partnering with operations to translate HR strategy into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% for facility visits (3–4 per week).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to translate HR concepts for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor: build relationships with Executives and Directors to demonstrate HR value.
• Communicate with clarity: translate HR data and legal considerations into actionable recommendations.
• Engage in the Field: visit assigned facilities 3–4 times per week; stay connected and proactive.
• Support People Operations: advise on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Drive Onboarding and Development: support onboarding of new leaders and identify training needs.
• Lead Through Change: support HR aspects of acquisitions, including integration planning.
• Audit and Improve: review HR practices and monitor compliance programs.
