Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a strategic HR role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to business unit leaders aligning workforce strategies with goals.
• Conduct and manage workforce investigations with consistent disciplinary actions.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, retention, and development.
• Partner with leadership to identify organizational challenges and drive solutions.
