Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the Worldwide Grocery Stores to drive talent, leadership, and capability development across Whole Foods Market stores. The HRBP will lead organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning, partnering with leaders and TMS teams while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

This on-site role requires travel up to 25% and four days on-site per week in Monterey, CA, delivering

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience in international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced HR credentials preferred.
Experience with HR processes and systems; knowledge of local labor laws.
Experience supporting or leading hourly employee client groups.
Experience with analytics and reporting to drive decisions.

Responsibilities
