Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a versatile Human Resources Business Partner & Generalist in Raleigh, NC. You will balance strategic HR partnerships with hands-on operations, serving as the in-office advisor for sales leaders and employees in our largest office.

You will design onboarding, performance reviews and employee relations programs, roll out policies, and coach managers on development. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years' HRBP/Generalist experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; HR coursework preferred.
• 4+ years of HRBP & HR Generalist experience supporting senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, immigration, and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, policy development, and learning & development.
• Ability to manage HR projects independently from start to finish.
• Clear, adaptable communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, HRIS; Workday a plus.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to align HR strategy with team growth, talent planning and performance management.
• Act as the in-office primary contact for day-to-day employee inquiries and policy guidance.
• Design and deliver onboarding, performance reviews and employee relations programs.
• Roll out corporate policies and initiatives to assigned team.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects supporting business goals.
• Coach and counsel managers on performance, career development and employee relations.
• Develop and update personnel policies, procedures and the employee handbook.
• Audit and analyze data to drive continuous improvement and stay compliant with employment laws.
