Woven by Toyota is seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to enable a global engineering organization to meet goals of convergence, innovation, and execution. This role reports to the Director, HRBP and partners with regional engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in HRBP.
• Proven expertise in performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Ability to flex communication style to work with different audiences and cultures.
• Strategic advisor to senior management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to plan and build a fast-growing organization; provide leadership coaching.
• Offer talent solutions that support innovation and breakthrough products.
• Act as trusted HR advisor with confidentiality and integrity.
• Lead annual talent planning, performance assessment, and compensation processes.
• Collaborate with HR COE on compensation, benefits, employee relations, and analytics.
• Support Talent Management initiatives, including mentoring, development programs, and mobility.
• Drive inclusion initiatives and foster an environment where all employees feel valued.
• Coach managers on communication, feedback, conflict management, and performance improvement.
• Leverage data to guide programs and measure employee experience success.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
