Etsy, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Product and Engineering teams. You will partner with leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success, balancing hands-on execution with strategic initiatives.

The role includes eligibility for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and competitive benefits. You’ll be based in Etsy's Brooklyn Office, with presence once or twice per week depending on proximity.

What’s the role?

As an HR Business Partner primarily supporting our Product and Engineering teams, you’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success. You’ll work closely with managers and leaders, providing thoughtful guidance on a wide range of people topics while helping to build engaged, high-performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands‑on execution with growing strategic exposure, and who takes pride in strong follow‑through and delivering high-quality work. This is a full‑time position reporting to the Director, HR Business Partners for Product and Engineering.

This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance the impact and scalability of the HRBP function.
