Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the Ads Product & Engineering team in Mountain View, CA. This role partners with HR COEs to drive people strategy across the Ads Platform, focusing on engagement, talent acquisition, and rewards while ensuring compliance.

You will coach leaders on talent management, manage HR programs, and maintain data integrity across HR processes, partnering with legal as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, listening and influencing skills.
• Broad HR disciplines including diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Strategy for the assigned client group and align HR with business goals.
• Provide data-driven thought leadership to guide decisions and proactive solutions.
• Coach leadership on talent management and succession planning.
• Support cyclical HR programs and drive organizational initiatives.
• Ensure HR data integrity and execute HR processes across the org.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and partner with Legal as needed.
• Collaborate across HR COEs and the broader HR organization.
