Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong attention to details, listening skills, influencing style and proactive solutions are essential for success.
• A good understanding of HR disciplines including diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, employee relations, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build relationships across the organization.
• High sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personnel and corporate dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the People Strategy for the assigned client group, aligning with business goals.
• Partner with HR COEs and the broader HR organization to execute programs and processes for the Ads Product & Engineering team.
• Provide thought leadership and data-driven insights to guide decision-making and proactive solutions.
• Coach leadership on talent management strategy and succession planning.
• Manage HR programs, data integrity, and regulatory compliance in day-to-day HR activities.
• Align business goals with People policies and practices across the organization.
